# Supps vs Formulate

The clearest difference is update cadence: Supps at every 6 days against Formulate's every 3 weeks. Formulate's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Supps sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Formulate sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Supps ships an update every 6 days, Formulate every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
