# Flying vs OverFlight Intelligence

The clearest difference is ads: Flying at none against OverFlight Intelligence's shown. Flying also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 9 days) and ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flying sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and OverFlight Intelligence sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Flying against 5.0 for OverFlight Intelligence. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flying has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Flying ships an update every 4 days, OverFlight Intelligence every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
