# Crispy vs Downsize

The clearest difference is update cadence: Downsize at every 6 days against Crispy's every 2 months. Crispy's advantage is iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Crispy sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Downsize sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Crispy ships an update every 2 months, Downsize every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
