# Pod2Swim vs Ground

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ground at every 2 days against Pod2Swim's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pod2Swim sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Ground sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $22.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pod2Swim ships an update every 3 weeks, Ground every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
