# Audar vs The Narrator

The clearest difference is update cadence: Audar at every 5 days against The Narrator's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Audar sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and The Narrator sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Audar ships an update every 5 days, The Narrator monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
