# BabbbleBuddy vs Minidu

The clearest difference is update cadence: Minidu at every 3 days against BabbbleBuddy's every 2 weeks. Minidu also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BabbbleBuddy sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Minidu sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BabbbleBuddy ships an update every 2 weeks, Minidu every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
