Record

Record is a diary of personal records for your workouts. No extra screens, no cluttered spreadsheets: you log only your best result in an exercise and watch yourself grow week after week. WHY ONLY RECORDS Ordinary workout logs make you fill in a table of dozens of sets, and a week later people quit. Record keeps one number per exercise โ€” the one you need to beat next time. Less admin, more motivation: progressive overload is the whole principle behind muscle and strength growth. LOG ONLY WHAT MATTERS You do not need to enter every set and every warm-up. Open an exercise, update the weight, reps or time, and the record is saved. Fast entry without a keyboard takes a couple of seconds right between sets at the gym. EVERY EXERCISE AND EVERY PIECE OF EQUIPMENT A ready-made library is already inside: bench press, dumbbell bench press, incline press, overhead press, Arnold press, dips, push-ups, pull-ups, lat pulldown, seated row, one-arm dumbbell row, deadlift, Romanian deadlift, squats, leg press, lunges, Bulgarian lunges, glute bridge, leg curl and leg extension, calf raises, lateral raises, rear delt raises, face pull, barbell curl, dumbbell curl, hammer curl, preacher curl, skull crusher, triceps pushdown, plank, running and walking. Missing something? Add any exercise yourself. THREE WEIGHT MODES โ€ข Bodyweight โ€” pull-ups, push-ups, dips, plank, calisthenics โ€ข Added weight โ€” barbell, dumbbells, machines, cables, kettlebells โ€ข Combined โ€” body and load together: barbell squats, weighted pull-ups Your record stays honest in any setting: gym, home or outdoor bars. PROGRESS CHART See your starting point, your gain and the number of workouts for every exercise. Progress shows up in numbers, not in feelings: exactly how many kilos and reps you have added since day one. PERSONAL GOAL Pick the next achievable result โ€” one more rep or five more pounds. The goal updates automatically from your records, so you never mark progress by hand. Once you hit it, the app offers the next target. APPLE WATCH AND WIDGET Log a result straight from your wrist without pulling out your phone. The watch face widget shows your muscle state: New Record, Maximum, Recovery, Muscles Ready, Stagnation. One glance tells you whether it is time to rest or time to chase a new max. SMART REMINDERS Recovery is part of growth. The app reminds you to train after a break of one, two or three days at a time you choose, and shifts the reminder after a new record so it never interrupts your streak. YOUR STATS Your profile collects all the numbers: how many exercises you track, how many records you have set and how many days you have been at it. Every saved result is proof of the work you put in. SYNC Your data syncs between iPhone and Apple Watch: start on the watch at the gym, continue on the phone at home. WHO IT IS FOR Strength training and bodybuilding, mass and power work, street workout and calisthenics, powerlifting and CrossFit, fitness at home and in the gym, running and walking. For beginners who want a simple workout log, and for experienced athletes who only care about progress. QUICK START Add two or three compound exercises โ€” bench press, squats and pull-ups, for example โ€” log your current result and set your first goal. After that you only update the record after each workout and the app does the rest. RECORD PRO Record Pro removes the limits: unlimited exercises and personal records, full workout history, Apple Watch training and every future Pro feature. First week free, cancel anytime. Record is your simple tool for staying in control of your progress. Muscles only grow when weight and reps grow. The subscription renews automatically and can be managed in your Apple ID settings. ChickenLegs

Weight and reps, in one tap. ChickenLegs is a workout log built to get out of your way โ€” spend less time logging and more time training. The name? "ChickenLegs" is a wink at the leg day everyone skips. Keep logging and graduate from chicken legs for good. โ–  Fast logging The logger opens on the heaviest set of your last session, so repeat sets are nearly one tap. Tap a number to type it instead. Search and a "recently used" list get you to any exercise instantly. โ–  Pick exercises from the body map Tap a body part on the figure to filter exercises. Swipe sideways to flip between front and back. โ–  Rest timer Set the length per exercise, from off to five minutes. It tells you with a notification and a buzz when the rest is up. โ–  Warm-up suggestions A ramp calculated from your working weight, rounded to weights you can actually load. Warm-ups are never logged. โ–  History and calendar Your weekly streak, days trained this week, a month calendar and every session. Coloured dots under each date show which body parts you trained that day. โ–  Stats and charts Max-weight progression per exercise (month / year / all time), estimated 1RM with a range from an ensemble of four formulas, automatic plateau detection, volume per body part (weekly / monthly), and weekly sets against the 10โ€“20 range the hypertrophy research points to. โ–  Recovery per body part How long since each part was last trained, so you can see what is ready today. โ–  Exercise management 32 built-in exercises by body part: chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms, legs and abs. Add, edit and delete unlimited custom exercises. Bodyweight moves like push-ups and pull-ups count your bodyweight in the totals. โ–  kg / lb Choose at first launch, change any time. Everything is stored in kilograms, so switching never touches your past records. โ–  ChickenLegs Pro (one-time purchase) Removes the ads, exports your log to CSV, and opens the Pro reports โ€” personal bests, the last 30 days against the 30 before them per body part, and a year of training squares โ€” plus creatine tracking. Logging, history and stats are all free without it. โ–  Offline, no account Your data stays on your device and is never sent to a server. No sign-up. Notifications only ask for permission when you turn one on. 21 languages, seven colour themes.
