Record is a diary of personal records for your workouts. No extra screens, no cluttered spreadsheets: you log only your best result in an exercise and watch yourself grow week after week. WHY ONLY RECORDS Ordinary workout logs make you fill in a table of dozens of sets, and a week later people quit. Record keeps one number per exercise — the one you need to beat next time. Less admin, more motivation: progressive overload is the whole principle behind muscle and strength growth. LOG ONLY WHAT MATTERS You do not need to enter every set and every warm-up. Open an exercise, update the weight, reps or time, and the record is saved. Fast entry without a keyboard takes a couple of seconds right between sets at the gym. EVERY EXERCISE AND EVERY PIECE OF EQUIPMENT A ready-made library is already inside: bench press, dumbbell bench press, incline press, overhead press, Arnold press, dips, push-ups, pull-ups, lat pulldown, seated row, one-arm dumbbell row, deadlift, Romanian deadlift, squats, leg press, lunges, Bulgarian lunges, glute bridge, leg curl and leg extension, calf raises, lateral raises, rear delt raises, face pull, barbell curl, dumbbell curl, hammer curl, preacher curl, skull crusher, triceps pushdown, plank, running and walking. Missing something? Add any exercise yourself. THREE WEIGHT MODES • Bodyweight — pull-ups, push-ups, dips, plank, calisthenics • Added weight — barbell, dumbbells, machines, cables, kettlebells • Combined — body and load together: barbell squats, weighted pull-ups Your record stays honest in any setting: gym, home or outdoor bars. PROGRESS CHART See your starting point, your gain and the number of workouts for every exercise. Progress shows up in numbers, not in feelings: exactly how many kilos and reps you have added since day one. PERSONAL GOAL Pick the next achievable result — one more rep or five more pounds. The goal updates automatically from your records, so you never mark progress by hand. Once you hit it, the app offers the next target. APPLE WATCH AND WIDGET Log a result straight from your wrist without pulling out your phone. The watch face widget shows your muscle state: New Record, Maximum, Recovery, Muscles Ready, Stagnation. One glance tells you whether it is time to rest or time to chase a new max. SMART REMINDERS Recovery is part of growth. The app reminds you to train after a break of one, two or three days at a time you choose, and shifts the reminder after a new record so it never interrupts your streak. YOUR STATS Your profile collects all the numbers: how many exercises you track, how many records you have set and how many days you have been at it. Every saved result is proof of the work you put in. SYNC Your data syncs between iPhone and Apple Watch: start on the watch at the gym, continue on the phone at home. WHO IT IS FOR Strength training and bodybuilding, mass and power work, street workout and calisthenics, powerlifting and CrossFit, fitness at home and in the gym, running and walking. For beginners who want a simple workout log, and for experienced athletes who only care about progress. QUICK START Add two or three compound exercises — bench press, squats and pull-ups, for example — log your current result and set your first goal. After that you only update the record after each workout and the app does the rest. RECORD PRO Record Pro removes the limits: unlimited exercises and personal records, full workout history, Apple Watch training and every future Pro feature. First week free, cancel anytime. Record is your simple tool for staying in control of your progress. Muscles only grow when weight and reps grow. The subscription renews automatically and can be managed in your Apple ID settings. Track your heart rate while doing jiu jitsu, judo, wrestling, MMA, or sambo. Track your effort, take notes, learn what to do in every situation, connect with your training partners, and see how close your next belt or grade really is. GET CREDIT FOR YOUR HARD WORK Tap in and get to rolling. After class, tap out: your workout lands in Apple Fitness and Health with honest calories, shown to you before they're written. You can't wear a watch while grappling, so strap on any Bluetooth heart-rate sensor and every session carries your real measured heart rate, minute by minute, colored by effort from easy to max. Arm a class before you gear up and it records itself from your Lock Screen. YOUR TRAINING, FINALLY COUNTED A trained-day calendar that shows your consistency at a glance. Effort by Session: every class as a bar, colored by how hard your heart worked against your own measured max. Check in at your gym with a single location fix that's matched to the venue and immediately discarded. EVERY SPORT, ONE BODY, ONE RECORD Train more than one art and each gets its own room: your jiu jitsu belt and stripes, your judo grade in your federation's colors, your wrestling seasons, your sambo level, your MMA fight record. Matches and fights count honestly into your competitions and your card. Mat time follows the sport you tapped in for. KNOW HOW CLOSE YOU ACTUALLY ARE Every belt, stripe, and grade you've earned, with the real dates. Randori reads your training and gives you an honest range for what's next: a window, not a date. Your professor decides. EVERYONE YOU TRAIN WITH, IN ONE PLACE Connect with training partners, coaches, and professors by trading profile cards in person. They'll see your sessions, posts, and promotions, so you can cheer and encourage each other. No strangers, no follower counts, no algorithm. A directory of jiu jitsu academies plus judo, wrestling, MMA, and sambo clubs to name your gym. STOP GETTING CAUGHT BY THE SAME THING Write what happened tonight and Randori hands you the answer, on film, from instructors worth learning from. A skill tree for each sport, from the first day to the master tier, with technique names the way they're said in your language. Video plays through YouTube's own player, never copied. The suggestion engine runs entirely on your iPhone; your words never leave the device. YOUR TRAINING STAYS YOURS No account, no ads, no tracking, no streak theater. Your workouts live in Apple Health on your device; your rank, posts, and profile ride your own iCloud, shared user-to-user only with partners you invited. The one server of ours is the academy link, and it holds only what you switched on, for as long as you leave it on. Built for jiu jitsu. Works for judo, wrestling, MMA, and sambo: every grappling art where a wearable doesn't survive the round. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
