RepWise is a strength training log with a coach built in. Log the workouts you already do, or follow a program built around your lifts and schedule. Then get feedback on your clips, your workouts and your progress over time. LOG THE WORKOUTS YOU ALREADY DO Already have a coach or a program? Log it here. Re-add the lifts you train most from your recent exercises, log weight, reps and RPE for every set, and let the rest timer run between sets. Not sure what to lift? Enter your 1RM and target reps and RepWise suggests a weight for each RPE. FOLLOW A PROGRAM BUILT FOR YOU Answer six quick questions and RepWise builds a training block around your experience, focus and how often you train. Pick short, standard or long sessions. As you train, the coach revises the plan from what you actually logged. CHECK YOUR FORM ON EVERY CLIP Film a set and attach it to the exercise. RepWise reviews the clip for effort, range of motion and tempo, tells you what went well, and gives you one cue to fix next. REVIEW EVERY WORKOUT After each session you get a form score, focused cues for next time, and a progression call for each lift. SEE YOUR PROGRESS, EXPLAINED Follow estimated 1RM, volume and best sets by rep range for every lift. Coach's read sums up your last sessions in plain language and tells you what to focus on next. BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR • Dark design that's easy to read between sets • Rest timer on the Lock Screen • kg or lb • Sign in with Apple or Google Try it before you sign up: build your first block and log workout 1 without an account. RepWise is made by Barbell Labs.

VeraLift is an AI-assisted form check for lifters who train alone. Record or upload a short video of a clear gym exercise and get conservative feedback based on what is visible in the clip: a form score, caution flags, top fixes, timestamped notes, recording tips, and private history. VeraLift works best when one exercise, one to three reps, your full movement, and the equipment path are visible. It is especially useful for common strength movements like squat, bench press, deadlift, leg press, pulldowns, presses, and other clearly recorded lifts. If the clip is too dark, cropped, obstructed, or unclear, VeraLift will ask for a better recording instead of guessing. Free users get limited form checks. VeraLift Plus unlocks more scored checks each month. VeraLift provides fitness technique feedback only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or a replacement for a qualified coach, trainer, or healthcare professional.
