The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Notis at none against Musing Notes's 2. Notis also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). Musing Notes's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1) and device support. On price and rating there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Musing Notes sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Notis asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Notis against 4.9 for Musing Notes. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Musing Notes has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
