# Bubbles vs Pixfin

The clearest difference is update cadence: Pixfin at every 2 days against Bubbles's every 8 days. Bubbles's advantage is iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bubbles sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Pixfin sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bubbles ships an update every 8 days, Pixfin every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
