# Shadow Boxing Workout vs DossiAid

The clearest difference is update cadence: Shadow Boxing Workout at every 4 days against DossiAid's every 2 weeks. DossiAid's advantage is ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shadow Boxing Workout sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and DossiAid sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Shadow Boxing Workout against 5.0 for DossiAid. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DossiAid has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Shadow Boxing Workout ships an update every 4 days, DossiAid every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
