Alphabet Learn

Glyph teaches you to read and write four alphabets from the very first letter: Greek, Cyrillic, Hiragana and Katakana. Every letter arrives with its stroke order, its sound, and a real word that uses it. Open any letter and watch it drawn one stroke at a time, in the correct order and direction. Tap to replay as often as you like, then copy the shape on paper while the animation loops. WHAT IS INSIDE - Greek: the full alphabet, capital and small forms - Cyrillic: the letters used for Russian, Ukrainian and related languages - Hiragana and Katakana: both Japanese kana sets, side by side - 149 letters in all, each with its romanization, a sound hint, an example word and the English meaning of that word HEAR EVERY LETTER Glyph speaks the example word for each letter using Apple's built-in voices, matched to the right language: Greek for Greek, Russian for Cyrillic, Japanese for the kana. It works with no internet connection. PRACTICE THAT MAKES YOU LOOK Two quiz modes. See the letter and choose its romanization, or see the romanization and choose the letter. The wrong answers are pulled from the same alphabet, so lookalike shapes stay hard and you have to really know them. A streak counter keeps the session moving. DRILL WHAT YOU KEEP MISSING Glyph records every answer and keeps a running list of the letters you get wrong most often. One tap starts a review session made only of those letters, gathered from every alphabet you have studied. SEE YOUR PROGRESS The stats tab shows overall mastery, accuracy per alphabet, correct answers out of total attempts, and a "needs work" row of your weakest letters. Browse the full chart any time, search it by letter or sound, and sort it alphabetically or by how well you know each character. STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE No account, no sign-up, no ads. Your practice history lives on your iPhone, and you can erase it from Settings whenever you want. Alphabet Learn: Greek & Kana requires a Pro unlock to study. Pro opens every alphabet: Greek, Cyrillic, Hiragana and Katakana - 149 letters, each with its romanization, sound hint, example word and meaning - the stroke-order animations and the spoken example words, both quiz modes, the personalized drills built from the letters you miss most, and the stats tab with overall mastery, per-alphabet accuracy and the searchable full chart.
