# RepScreen vs Optimal

The clearest difference is update cadence: RepScreen at daily against Optimal's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RepScreen sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Optimal sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RepScreen ships an update daily, Optimal fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
