# Hermex vs AnySSH

The clearest difference is update cadence: AnySSH at daily against Hermex's weekly. Hermex's advantage is chart position (#32 vs unranked) and iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hermex ships an update weekly, AnySSH daily. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
