# ColdKeeper vs Puff

The clearest difference is update cadence: Puff at every 2 weeks against ColdKeeper's every 2 months. Puff also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ColdKeeper sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Puff sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ColdKeeper ships an update every 2 months, Puff every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
