# G vs Digital

The clearest difference is update cadence: Digital at fortnightly against G's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. G sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Digital sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

G ships an update monthly, Digital fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
