# Petal vs FastLine

The clearest difference is ads: FastLine at none against Petal's shown. Petal's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Petal sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and FastLine sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Petal ships an update every 10 days, FastLine monthly. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
