# Last Call vs WiseMan

Last Call and WiseMan both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 69% of WiseMan's written reviews are positive against 50% of Last Call's. WiseMan also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 days) and ratings volume (64 vs 10). Last Call's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Last Call sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and WiseMan sells 13 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Last Call against 4.7 for WiseMan. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WiseMan has 64 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 50% of Last Call's written reviews are positive against 69% of WiseMan's.

Last Call ships an update every 5 days, WiseMan every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
