# ProgramU vs Sub

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sub at every 3 days against ProgramU's weekly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ProgramU sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Sub sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ProgramU ships an update weekly, Sub every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
