About

Stock Screener

Features

Stock Screener runs on SEC filings: screen US and Borsa Istanbul stocks on the numbers companies report, and see whether each dividend is actually covered. No account needed. It reads the numbers companies file themselves: SEC EDGAR 10-Q and 10-K reports for 4,600+ US companies, and measures derived from KAP disclosures for 600+ Borsa Istanbul companies, each with KAP named as the source and a link to the company's KAP page. The data ships inside the app and is refreshed with app updates, so every screen runs on your iPhone in milliseconds. SCREEN ON REPORTED NUMBERS • 37 ready-made screens in 12 modules: profit streaks, growth, Piotroski F-Score, Altman Z'', debt, cash, margins, returns, sector ranks • Results ranked side by side: profit streak, margins, growth • Quarter by quarter: revenue and net income with the date each filing came in • Sector heat map: medians for ROE, margins, growth and debt, every sector on one grid • Compare up to three companies and build your own screens from any metric IS THE DIVIDEND COVERED? Each dividend payer gets five checks, straight from its annual filing: 1. Does operating cash flow, less capital spending, cover the dividend? 2. Does profit cover it (payout ratio)? 3. Debt level 4. No cut in dividend per share over the last five years 5. Direction of return on assets You see "4 of 5 checks passed" and which one failed, plus how many years in a row the dividend was raised. DIVIDEND CALENDAR AND PORTFOLIO • Declared ex-dividend and payment dates, taken from company announcements, never estimated • Add what you own and the price you paid: yearly dividend income, monthly average and yield on cost • Five years of balance sheet, income statement and cash flow for US filers OPTIONAL REMINDERS A Monday reminder when your free screen is back, and a note the day before a stock you hold goes ex-dividend. Both are local notifications created on your iPhone, and each has its own switch in Settings. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO No forecasts, no buy or sell calls, no broker connection, no account. Screens use filed numbers only; the price chart and index comparison on a stock's page are free TradingView widgets. Your holdings stay on your iPhone. FREE AND STOCK SCREENER PRO Free: one screen a week with its full result, back every Monday. Other screens show how many companies match and the first two. Also free: today's dividend dates, the first safety results, up to three holdings and three companies on your watchlist. Stock Screener Pro opens everything: every screen in full, your own screens, four years of quarters, every announced dividend date, all five checks, financial statements, the sector heat map and compare. Weekly, monthly, yearly or a one-time lifetime purchase; eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. Not investment advice.
