# Milestone vs Visit Admission Notes

The clearest difference is ads: Visit Admission Notes at none against Milestone's shown. On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Milestone sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Visit Admission Notes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
