# iEmulator vs Cheatlo

The clearest difference is update cadence: iEmulator at every 5 days against Cheatlo's every 2 months. Cheatlo's advantage is iOS requirement (15.5 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iEmulator sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month and Cheatlo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

iEmulator ships an update every 5 days, Cheatlo every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
