# Biochemistry AI vs Cortex

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Biochemistry AI at 15.0 against Cortex's 17.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Biochemistry AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Cortex sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
