# Blast Defence vs Cup Chase

The clearest difference is ads: Blast Defence at none against Cup Chase's shown. Blast Defence also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Blast Defence sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Cup Chase sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Blast Defence against 5.0 for Cup Chase. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Blast Defence has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
