# Gentle Start vs Unstuck

The clearest difference is update cadence: Gentle Start at every 3 days against Unstuck's monthly. Gentle Start also leads on device support (3 vs 1). Unstuck's advantage is iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gentle Start sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Unstuck sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
