# Focus Town vs DayLog

The clearest difference is update cadence: DayLog at every 3 days against Focus Town's every 3 months. Focus Town's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus Town sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and DayLog sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus Town ships an update every 3 months, DayLog every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
