# File Type vs Panel Files

The clearest difference is ads: Panel Files at none against File Type's shown. Panel Files also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. File Type sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Panel Files sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
