# Pengu vs FastLeaf

The clearest difference is ads: Pengu at none against FastLeaf's shown. On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pengu sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and FastLeaf sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pengu ships an update every 9 days, FastLeaf every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
