# Voice Notes vs Script Voice AI

The clearest difference is update cadence: Script Voice AI at every 5 days against Voice Notes's every 4 weeks. Script Voice AI also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Voice Notes sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 7 days and Script Voice AI sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Voice Notes ships an update every 4 weeks, Script Voice AI every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
