Track your height over time and see exactly how fast you are growing. Log every measurement in cm or ft/in, watch the line move on your growth chart, and follow a daily routine of stretching, nutrition, sleep, and posture habits that support healthy growth. Most height apps stop at a single number. This one connects the dots: it fits a trend line to your own entries, shows your growth in cm per month, places you on a percentile band built from WHO and CDC reference values, projects a possible adult height from your personal slope, and hands you a daily checklist so you always know whether you are trending up and what to do next. WHAT YOU GET - A permanent height log in cm or ft/in, with the date, a note, and a confidence rating on every entry - A growth chart with your real trend line, your cm-per-month rate, and how much you have gained since day one - Your percentile band for your age and gender, plus a projected adult height calculated from your own measurements - A daily plan of 10 stretching exercises, 12 calcium and vitamin D foods, a sleep-hours target, and 5 posture drills, all tracked on one progress ring - Height comparison for the whole household plus 20 well-known names, so you can see exactly where you stand - Milestone badges that unlock the moment you pass +1 cm, +5 cm, 170 cm, 180 cm and beyond, with a daily reminder when it is time to log again PERFECT FOR - Teens who want to know if this year is a real growth spurt or a plateau - Parents keeping one tidy height record for every kid instead of pencil marks on a door frame - Anyone working on posture, stretching, and sleep habits who wants proof it is paying off - People who simply want their height history saved somewhere that will not get repainted WHY NOT JUST USE THE NOTES APP A list of numbers cannot tell you whether you slowed down. This app turns those same numbers into a monthly growth rate, a percentile band, and a projection, so a 0.4 cm month looks different from a 1.8 cm month at a glance. And when you want the raw data back, one tap exports everything as CSV. An honest note: adult height is mainly decided by genetics, and no app can guarantee extra centimeters. This is a wellness tracker for measurements and healthy habits, not medical advice. PRIVACY Every measurement, profile, and plan lives on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up, no upload. Your height data never leaves the device unless you export it yourself. FULL ACCESS Logging your height and reviewing your ten most recent entries are free. Full Access unlocks your complete measurement history, the growth chart, percentile and projected adult height, the full daily growth plan, family and celebrity height comparison, achievements, the built-in growth coach chat, and CSV export. TallPlan estimates your adult height and gives you a simple daily plan for healthy growth. Built on growth science. TallPlan uses growth data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which studies how children grow. Here's how it works: 1. Understand your growth potential. Not just your age. Your estimate combines: • Your parents' heights (height runs in families) • Tall relatives in your family • Signs of puberty (timing shows how much growing may be left) • Your age, sex and current height It starts from the mid-parental height formula and shows a best guess with a likely range. 2. Keep your estimate up to date. Measure once a week. Every measurement updates your estimate. After about six months of logs your measured growth speed starts to count, and the more you log, the narrower your range can get. 3. Follow a simple daily plan. • Sleep: at least the minimum recommended for your age • Protein: grams for your body weight • Calcium: the daily amount for your age Complete all three to close the day. Targets come from published guidelines such as the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the US Dietary Reference Intakes. 4. Log your meals in seconds. Snap a photo of your plate or type what you ate, and TallPlan estimates the protein and calcium for you. 5. Track your progress. A chart of every measurement, how much you've grown since you started, and your sleep, protein and calcium over the last 7 days. Made for parents too: choose "I'm a parent" to set it up for your child. Your heights, your family's heights and your puberty answers stay on your device. The height estimate and meal analysis require a TallPlan Premium subscription. The daily plan, logging and progress chart are free. Disclaimer: TallPlan provides general information, not medical advice. It is not a medical device and does not promise to make anyone taller. Talk to a doctor if you have questions about growth.
