# Rethoria vs StudyNotes AI

The clearest difference is update cadence: Rethoria at weekly against StudyNotes AI's fortnightly. Rethoria also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rethoria sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and StudyNotes AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rethoria ships an update weekly, StudyNotes AI fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
