# Lutter vs E

The clearest difference is update cadence: E at every 2 days against Lutter's every 5 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lutter sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and E sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lutter ships an update every 5 days, E every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 11, 2026.
