# 拼豆记 vs PixelBean

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 拼豆记 at none against PixelBean's 3. PixelBean's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 5 weeks) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PixelBean sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. 拼豆记 asks for nothing beyond the download.

拼豆记 ships an update every 5 weeks, PixelBean every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
