# Flash7x vs Vela

The clearest difference is update cadence: Flash7x at weekly against Vela's fortnightly. Vela's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flash7x sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Vela sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flash7x ships an update weekly, Vela fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
