Fitora
Read full descriptionHide full description
Your weekly workout, ready. Press play and follow the voice. If you're new to the gym (or getting back into it) and don't know how to put a routine together, Fitora does it for you. Answer 6 quick questions about your goal, how many days you can train, your level, any injuries and where you'll work out. In about a minute your week is set, built around the equipment you actually have. No sign-up, no login, no ads. When it's time to train, a natural pre-recorded voice calls out each set, your rest and the next exercise, so you can leave your phone on the bench and focus on the movement. It lowers your music while it talks and brings it back after. Every exercise comes with form tips, and most have an animation showing the movement. Machine taken? Swap in an equivalent with one tap. Your plan grows with you. It runs in 4-week blocks, and in week four the workout gets lighter so you can recover. You log weight and reps for every set, Fitora shows what you did last time and lets you know when you hit a personal record. Your streak counts weeks where you hit your goal, not days, so training three times a week never breaks it. Can't make it to the gym? Train at home. Switch just that day's location (dumbbells, bands, kettlebell or bodyweight only) and the workout adapts right away. There's also Quick 7, a 7-minute workout you can do without setting up a plan, plus 14 time-guided cardio modes, from walking to rowing. Everything works offline and your data stays on your phone. Free, forever: 5 plan workouts to try it out, Quick 7, cardio, custom workouts, voice coach in English, Portuguese and Spanish, personal records, weekly streak, reminders, event plan and data backup. Already have a routine from a trainer? You can build your own plan in the app (its workouts count toward the 5 free ones). Fitora Pro unlocks: unlimited plan workouts, a weekly muscle map, a monthly calendar, a monthly PDF report and your full workout history (the free plan shows your last 3). Free trial: the annual plan comes with 7 days free if you've never subscribed. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing, and the app reminds you 2 days before if notifications are on. The monthly and lifetime plans don't include a trial and are charged right away. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless it's canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and you can manage or cancel it in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Terms of Use: https://benunes01.github.io/fitora-legal/terms.html Privacy Policy: https://benunes01.github.io/fitora-legal/privacy.html Volume, rest and progression rules are based on references like Schoenfeld, Israetel and the NSCA. Still, Fitora isn't a medical app and doesn't replace advice from a doctor or a qualified trainer. If you have an injury, pain or a health condition, talk to a professional before you start.
