# Polypep vs WaterFast

The clearest difference is ads: WaterFast at none against Polypep's shown. Polypep's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Polypep sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and WaterFast sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Polypep ships an update every 3 days, WaterFast weekly. Both last shipped on November 5, 2026.
