# Underground Prepper vs BeaglePrep

The clearest difference is update cadence: Underground Prepper at every 2 days against BeaglePrep's monthly. Underground Prepper also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). BeaglePrep's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Underground Prepper sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and BeaglePrep sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Underground Prepper holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BeaglePrep has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Underground Prepper ships an update every 2 days, BeaglePrep monthly. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
