# RIRLift vs Athlyst

The clearest difference is ads: RIRLift at none against Athlyst's shown. RIRLift also leads on ratings volume (20 vs 1). Athlyst's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 6 days). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RIRLift sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Athlyst sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
