# Offcut vs Tenon

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Tenon at 17.0 against Offcut's 26.4. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Offcut sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Tenon sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. Both last shipped on November 5, 2026.
