# TapNote vs Tearpad

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TapNote at none against Tearpad's 1. TapNote also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). Tearpad's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tearpad sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. TapNote asks for nothing beyond the download.
