# NEN vs わん録

The clearest difference is update cadence: NEN at every 5 days against わん録's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NEN sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and わん録 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NEN ships an update every 5 days, わん録 fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
