The last two weeks appear in the same table layout as a paper dialysis book. β–  Works with Apple Health (free) Weight and blood pressure that your scale or blood pressure monitor app saves to the Health app are filled into the morning and evening entries on non-dialysis days. The weight and blood pressure you record here are written to Health as well. Values you entered by hand are never overwritten.
