Loadcast

Until now you worked out what to train every morning. Now you open Loadcast and it's there, with the reason. Loadcast is a hybrid coach app for strength and endurance, for people who run and lift in the same week. You run on Tuesday and squat on Wednesday. Somebody has to decide whether both fit this week, and that call comes again every morning. Loadcast makes it. HOW THE DECISION IS MADE In the check-in you say whether you are sore or in pain, how you feel and how much time you have. That is three taps or more, and it is enough for the decision to run. Connect Apple Health and your workouts arrive on their own, so the decision reads what you actually did, not what the plan said. Feel less than fresh and the day stays moderate at most. If you feel beat up, it turns into recovery. When your last seven days get too heavy, the day becomes easy or recovery instead of another hard session on top. You do not have to follow it. Train something else, or nothing, and the next decision works with what actually happened. WHERE THE RULES COME FROM Easy endurance sessions with heart rate are counted after Edwards, minutes in each heart rate zone, weighted by zone. When the week is heavy and every day looks alike, the next day gets one step lighter, after Foster. Taper volume follows the meta-analysis by Bosquet. The split between easy and hard days follows Seiler. ONE WEEK FOR RUNNING AND STRENGTH Running and strength are planned as one week, including how they get in each other's way. Behind that sits a season plan, from base through build, peak and taper to race. The daily decision sits on top of it. There is a review of your week and of your month. WHERE THE LANGUAGE MODEL SITS The decision itself is a fixed calculation. Same inputs, same answer, every time. Atlas, your coach in the chat, explains it and takes your changes in a sentence. WHO IT IS FOR People who have put their running and lifting together themselves, with their own plan, an AI chat or just their head. A first marathon, Hyrox, a triathlon, or staying fit. HOW IT WORKS 1. A short onboarding about your goals, your experience and your week. 2. Every morning one concrete session, built on your season phase and, if you connect Apple Health, your past workouts. 3. You say how it felt. The next decision counts that in. Loadcast Pro Subscription: Loadcast Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, 119.99 EUR per year or 19.99 EUR per month, or the equivalent tier in your local currency, each with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID on confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it in your Apple ID settings, and deleting the app does not cancel it. Terms of Use (EULA): https://loadcast.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://loadcast.app/privacy
