Built by Ethan O'Neal, solo founder. PlayersLab is the player-development platform for serious baseball athletes — pitchers and hitters alike. Track what actually moves the needle, train with a coach in your pocket, and watch your game trend over time. PICK YOUR PATH Choose pitcher, position player, or two-way at sign-up, and the whole app adapts to you — your training, your metrics, your coaching. FOR PITCHERS • Log velocity and bullpens, import Rapsodo & TrackMan reports, and build your arsenal with movement plots. • Biomechanical Movement Screening and a Mechanics Lab that breaks down your delivery frame by frame. • Arm care, throwing programs, and workload tracking (acute-to-chronic) so you train the trend, not the ego. FOR HITTERS • A Spray Chart batted-ball lab, exit velo and bat speed tracking, and a Swing Lab that reads your sequencing and posture. • Import hitting reports, log cage work, study a stance library, and find your MLB hitter comp. COMPARE AND REVIEW FILM • Put two bullpen or cage clips side by side and play them together in slow motion or frame by frame. • Pull in older videos from your camera roll to compare. • Mark up your own film with drawings and voice, then save the review. • Message your coach privately, one to one. Coaches can compare clips from any player on their roster. MEET COACH CY Your development coach, 24/7. It reads your profile, workload, and recovery and gives specific, personalized answers — hitting-specific for hitters, pitching-specific for pitchers. READINESS & RECOVERY A daily check-in plus your workload and sleep build a readiness score, so you know what your body is ready for today. FOR COACHES & TEAMS Run a roster, monitor each athlete's readiness and workload, and see a team health view — built for academies, travel orgs, and programs. Big League Charts gives baseball programs one organized home for team operations, player development, and game-day work. Coaches can manage their roster and staff access, schedule team events, build and assign player-development plans, prepare opponents, track games and bullpens, and review live and historical team information. Players get a focused view of their own schedule, assigned work, teams, and account without coach-only administration or billing. Current capabilities include: • team calendars with recurring schedules, report times, and event colors; • staged roster imports, position groups, invitations, and player profile corrections; • role- and athlete-scoped access for coaches and specialist staff; • coach-created activities, lifts, throwing, recovery, classroom, and other development work; • player Today and Week plans, completion details, lift results, and requested check-ins; • game setup and tracking, private roster-vs-roster scrimmages, opponent rosters, scouting information, and Dugout Live Reports; • bullpen scheduling for every team coach, with mound assignments, pitcher/catcher pairings, pitch targets, group notes, and streamlined live pitch capture; • reports, reminders, English and neutral Latin American Spanish, and secure account/device management; and • one player identity that can remain connected across multiple teams and seasons. Big League Charts is privacy first. We do not sell personal data, run targeted advertising, or track people across other companies' apps and websites. Team, role, capability, and player access is enforced by the service—not only by hidden buttons. The mobile app contains no purchases; coach billing is managed separately on the web. Access is opened program by program. Coaches without an invitation can request access from the sign-in screen. Big League Charts supports baseball coaching, operations, and player development. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
