# Kkaertalk vs Veil

The clearest difference is rating: Kkaertalk at 5.0 against Veil's 4.5. Kkaertalk also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly) and device support (3 vs 1). Veil's advantage is ratings volume (11 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Kkaertalk holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Veil has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Kkaertalk ships an update every 5 days, Veil fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
