# GhostBuddy vs Lottery Ticket Scanner

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Lottery Ticket Scanner at 100% against GhostBuddy's 12%. Lottery Ticket Scanner also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 9 days). GhostBuddy's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 8) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GhostBuddy sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Lottery Ticket Scanner sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lottery Ticket Scanner holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GhostBuddy has 1.7K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 12% of GhostBuddy's written reviews are positive against 100% of Lottery Ticket Scanner's.

GhostBuddy ships an update every 9 days, Lottery Ticket Scanner every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
