# Fromly vs Bloom Focus Timer

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fromly at every 3 days against Bloom Focus Timer's every 10 days. Bloom Focus Timer's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fromly sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.00 per month and Bloom Focus Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fromly ships an update every 3 days, Bloom Focus Timer every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 8, 2026.
