# Sand vs RallyStat

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sand at every 3 days against RallyStat's every 2 weeks. RallyStat's advantage is ratings volume (3 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sand sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and RallyStat sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sand ships an update every 3 days, RallyStat every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
