# Torika vs Readive

The clearest difference is ads: Torika at none against Readive's shown. Readive's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Torika sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Readive sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Torika ships an update every 8 days, Readive every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
